CONFIRMED / UNCONFIRMED BOOKINGS - Bookings
secured via credit card guarantee are considered confirmed. Bookings
requiring letter of authority (LOA) for chargebacks are confirmed once LOA has
been received. All other bookings are considered unconfirmed unless booked by
an agent/agency with existing prior arrangement with the Hotel direct.
Unconfirmed bookings are handled in accordance of to our 6PM Room
Release policy.
6PM ROOM RELEASE POLICY - All unconfirmed
reservations will be held in our system until 6pm the day before arrival. If
you wish to continue on with your reservation then please do give us a call on
08 9220 7000 and re-confirm your booking and we will keep it in good faith for
you until the time of arrival advised by yourself.
CANCELLATIONS -
Our Cancellation Policy is 24 hours in advance (by 2pm) prior to the date of
arrival. The Hotel is otherwise entitled to keep a minimum of 1 night's
accommodation equivalent of funds from the booking guarantee payment type.
More nights may be deducted depending on the length of stay of the booking.
Please liaise with Hotel's Management for further clarification.
SMOKING ROOMS -
Comfort Hotel Perth City is a non smoking hotel. We do not have any smoking rooms
available in our hotel.
